New Student Requirements

All new students must complete the New Student Application during the open enrollment window.

Kindergarten (K5)

  • Students must be 5 years old on/or before September 1st.

  • Kindergarten students cannot enroll during the Spring semester

  • K5 students are not required to take the ACE diagnostic test for admission.

Incoming 1st–12th Grade Students:

  • Students may transfer during first or second semester enrollment windows.

  • All transfer students must complete the online application.

  • All 1st–12th grade students must take diagnostic testing — even if transferring from another ACE school.

Family Meeting

Each family will meet with an RCA administrator to:

  • Review the Student Handbook

  • Make sure RCA is a good fit for the student and family

Required Documents

To be fully enrolled, all new students must submit:

  • Official Birth Certificate (PDF copy)

  • Florida Immunization Form (DH 680) or Religious Exemption Form (DH 681)

  • School Entry Medical Form (DH 3040 / Physical)

  • Scoliosis Screening (1 screening required for 6th graders)

  • Previous school transcripts (if applicable)

Returning Student Requirements

  • Complete the Returning Student Application.

    • Include your Step Up For Students Scholarship Award ID (for the new school year).

    • Update any changes to address or contact information.

  • Parent/guardian must:

    • Sign the Parental Statement of Faith Agreement

    • Meet with the Financial Secretary to review and sign the Tuition Agreement and set up any private payment plans.

  • Submit updated required documents, including:

    • Physical (if needed)

    • Scoliosis screening (if required)

    • Immunization records

  • Attend Open House Orientation as a family.
