ADMISSIONS

New Students Requirements:

  • Must complete the New Student Online Application.

  • Kindergarten: Families may select to apply for our Kindergarten program by the time a student reaches age 5 on or before September 1st. Kindergarteners may NOT enroll during the Spring enrollment window. 

    • Incoming K5 students who are at age requirement will not be tested with the ACE diagnostic test to be considered for admissions.

    • Incoming K5 students may still be diagnostically tested as a baseline of their skills for progress monitoring. The kindergarten diagnostic test requires an 80% or higher on both part A and B of the exam. 

  • Transfers: Students in levels 1st - 12th may also transfer enrollment from a different institution during the first or second semester enrollment windows. All new students must fill out a New Student online application. Links made available during open enrollment periods (April- May and November - December).

  • Diagnostic Testing: Incoming students in levels 1st - 12th will be scheduled for diagnostic testing as part of the admissions process. All 1st-12th students must be re-tested even if they are coming from another ACE program.

  • Family Meeting: Families will be scheduled for a family meeting, where an RCA administrator and the family will meet formally to go over the Student Handbook and to learn our institution is the right fit for the student and family.

  • Required Documents: All new students must submit all required docs to be considered fully enrolled by RCA. 

    • Birth Certificate (official pdf copy)

    • FL Certificate of Immunizations DH 680 or a Religious Exemption DH 681

    • School Entry Medical Form DH3040 (also known as a Physical

      • Scoliosis Screening (mandatory for 6th graders) 

    • Any previous school transcripts (if applicable)

Returning Students Requirements:

  • Must complete the Re-Registration Online Form. This form should include accurate updates including the Step Up For Students Scholarship Award ID for the upcoming school year,  any changes in address, and/or any updates in contact information.

  • Legal guardians must sign the Parent Involvement & Tuition Agreement at Open House.

  • Legal guardians must make an appointment to review & sign the Tuition Agreement and set up for any private pay plans with the Financial Secretary.

  • Must update and submit any required physicals, scoliosis checks, and/or immunizations records. For questions of what is required please see our “Onboarding Required Docs” document.

  • Must attend Open House Orientation with their family.

    Accepted Students: 

    • Will receive an official Knight’s Acceptance Letter via email. 

    • Must attend Open House Orientation with their family.

    • Must have their parent or legal guardian sign and accept the Family Involvement Agreement
